We shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit/debit card charged. In the event that we are unable to provide the services, we will inform you of this as soon as possible. A full refund will be given where you have already paid for the products.
Payments
All goods bought, ordered or reserved must be paid for in full prior to dispatch and delivery. Failure to make full payment will delay delivery and your order may be cancelled and any deposits will be refunded.

Orders made through www.3dpanelnigeria.com are subject to acceptance and availability. 3D Panel Nigeria may choose at any time to cancel your order.
No contract will officially exist between yourself and 3D Panel Nigeria until your parcel has been dispatched.
3D Panel Nigeria provide a secure checkout for the encrypted delivery of sensitive customer information such as contact and credit card details.
Your credit card is charged in the name of 3D Panel Nigeria.
Data Protection
3D Panel Nigeria is compliant with the Data Protection Act. Your details will not be passed on to any third party without prior consent.
Delivery Security
If you have ordered Recorded delivery then you will need to sign for your parcel so that we know you have received it. If you are out when they call don’t worry!
You will be left with a card with details of how to collect your parcel or rearrange delivery at a time convenient to you. Your parcel will be kept for 7 days and if not collected or delivered it will be sent back to us.
If you would like us to resend your order we will regrettably have to charge you. If you would like to cancel your order we will refund you less the shipping costs.
Discount offers and Voucher Codes
3D Panel Nigeria has the right to end offers at any time.
In the instance that a customer has two or more discount codes they should use the code for the greater amount as discount offers and voucher codes cannot be added together.
